Pleasant surprise - the room I booked had its own bathroom. 😊 The breakfast here offers a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious!

The breakfast is superb. The location is amazing, close to more interesting areas. There is an Italian restaurant open from around midday. The hotel offers early check-in. Parking is available by the hotel

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped with real wood furniture. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and a mall within walking distance. The staff treated me with friendliness and helped me with all my needs.

The breakfast offerings could have been better.

Very confortable hotel, nice room, excelent breakfast (actually a brunch), location may be good for shopping, but for tourism in old center and museums it is far, specially when you consider the terrible traffic jam in Bogota.

Breakfast and softness of the bed

The service has a lot of room for improvement, most employees are disrespectful to the guest, arrogant and overbearing. They ask rude questions and their priority is clearly not the guest. They gave us a room without a TV set, on the second day they fixed the room and left no towels, we called the reception and asked for 3 towels, they took 2 and when we told the lady about the problem she replied "file a complaint". No one explained to us where the hotel's amenities were, when I asked an official about the place of breakfast, he sent me to the wrong cafe, I went back to the reception and when he asked for the place of breakfast to a girl at the reception instead of giving me the directions he returned the question "do you have a room? It is tolerable that some facilities are very old as the elevators, but it is unforgivable that in general the hotel employees maintain that bad attitude, they are far from considering themselves a 5 star.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered at the hotel was top-notch, providing a delicious start to the day. Additionally, the sushi restaurant next to the lobby was a hidden gem, with delicious food that I couldn't resist.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, and I loved the variety of options available. I stayed in a room with a king bed, while my mother-in-law stayed in one with a queen bed, which was slightly smaller but still comfortable. The hotel's location was great, right in front of a large shopping mall that was less than a 5-minute walk away. The staff was super helpful, and the breakfast provided was excellent. Additionally, the hotel's spa was simply amazing, perfect for both solo travelers and couples. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this is definitely the place to stay!

The people at the reception desk were very friendly since our arrival. Especially Mr. Juan Carlos Valencia (General Manager of the Hotel), who was directly concerned about our stay being the best. He made us feel very welcome, he is a very warm and kind person. Also Sindy in reception was very kind and helped us to solve a couple of things to improve our stay even more. Besides being very pretty she is very kind and made us feel at home. Really all the staff at the reception is exceptionally attentive. At breakfast, excellent service, just like in the rest of the hotel, variety of fruits, and everything necessary for a good breakfast. It would probably be very appropriate if they extended the service until 11:00 am, because if you go on a family trip, you might get up a little later. We loved the location, since the hotel is located in front of Unicentro, a shopping mall where you can find everything. Thanks hotel staff, they made us feel at home!

Ideal place for our 8-night stay. The standard queen room came with useful amenities like a safe, writing table, and ironing facilities. We appreciated having on-site parking convenience. It was nice to have Los Arcos, a restaurant located right at the hotel, for our dinner options.
